Is an cultural and architectural exchange project supported by the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec and the Consulat Général de France à Québec, within the Commission permanente de coopération Franco-québécoise. Participants are AtelierVecteur (Montpellier), Karole Biron and José Luis Torres (Quebec).
