La colección, Eduardo Minnicelli Museum of Fine Arts, Rio Gallegos (Argentina) 2014

Born from an artist residency, this immersive site-specific installation invites the public into a poetic and political rereading of urban morphology. Built with the active participation of the local community, the artwork brings together topographical maps, video projections, and salvaged banners to create an amalgam of ephemeral interventions that directly address the precarity of makeshift encampments and informal settlements. The installation thrives on a permanent dialogue between the land's objective cartography and my own subjectivity, which subverts these official records to give visibility to marginalized spaces. By transforming citizens into direct collaborators of this staging, my physical occupation of the gallery becomes charged with an immediate collective memory. This project stands as a powerful assertion of identity and an act of poetic resistance, turning the museum into a laboratory for survival that questions human fragility and the right to shelter.
